Notice of Marriage System

Bolton Register office needed a convenient solution for displaying their notice of marriages to replace the traditional paper-based format. Next Generation Media worked directly with the Register office in developing bespoke software that enables registrars to display notices electronically.

We provided a 40" LCD screen, allowing notices to be displayed at a touch of a button. The Notice of Marriage System has proved to be a practical and cost-effective asset that has modernised the registration service while saving the registrars a significant amount of time and effort.

Digital Display Screen

Next Generation Media also provided Bolton Register office with a second LCD screen for displaying general information about the products and services they offer. The information is complemented with select sponsorship opportunities that include approved venues, photographers and many other linked organisations.

Print Publications

After a successful install we commenced work on producing a series of bespoke publications for the Bolton Register office. Next Generation Media worked closely with the superintendent registrar to provide informative brochures to be distributed when births, deaths and marriages are registered. Utilising our copywriting expertise and extensive image bank, NGM continues to provide Bolton Register office with tailor-made, high quality publications that reflect the diverse community in Bolton.

For the convenience of the Register office, Next Generation Media has made the Bereavement, Ceremonies and New Parent Guides available on the Bolton Register office website as an ebook. Electronic copies of the guides can also be emailed out to customers to save time and reduce paper costs.
